Can anyone help identify this plug? (in red tape)

This plug over the left side of my engine bay seems to be wrapped in red tape and not plugged in to anything! New to this car, can anyone advise?



Also is there any sort of engine diagrams showing plumbing and pipes like the braided ones underneath the front and whats what etc?

I’d say that plug might be from the secondary air pump, which I believe is quit a common mod to remove/disconnect the system.
I’ll check my car tomorrow and see what I have in that area and come back to you.
