Yup. Best price I've seen for a while. Might even be some cashback offers with quidco or topcashback, too.

Thats indeed a Nice price.
Anyone familiar with the yellow konis? Pricewise and stifness?
Ive heard they are a bit more soft then the DRC, which i probably dont want. And non adjustable in height/rebound, but depending on the spring height afaik.

Ive seen eibach and ST (part of KW) among others etc. What are they like quality ridecomfort wise?

I fitted Konis to my RS6 as the DRC system was leaking. I've set them to the 'recommended' settings and found it to be quite good. Firm but not overly so. I bit of movement under braking and accelerating but not wallowy. At £ 400 vs £ 1400 seemed a sensible route for the time being. I've no experience of working DRC so nothing to compare it to.

That's my experience of the Konis as well. Acknowledging the DRC it replaced was shot, I'm still happy with the ride of the Konis 5 years later. Still always feels very very planted.

Did you re-use the DRC springs?

Did you order these ones?

Ok thanks.
Im driving the 6 now more often since 4 years of garaged...and the drive is f....g hilarious and at the same time dangerous with shot DRC.
Did you re-use the topmounts?
What about ride height, with DRC springs, the stance is the same?
Ive heard the Koni fronts have only one lower perch groove, the rear three...?
Do you have some pics where the stance is visible?

I'm running Bilstein B8 with DRC springs as an alternative to Koni. Used the standard top mount and they come with an alloy bottom mount. If you buy from a specialist they can cut additional clip grooves in the body before shipping. Very happy with the outcome and would definitely go that way again. I bought my car with shot DRC and the suspension change was the very first job before it even went on the road. Ride height was within 5mm of stock.
