Yeah lovely day, scared some pedestrians in Stratford upon Avon high St, V8 + Milltek is good for that.

Mine's about to turn 140k.
Now using it daily. Returning 20mpg on the daily hack and I'm loving driving it.
There are a few bits and pieces to do yet but what a piece of kit
It is on it's 2nd gearbox (that I just rebuilt because of a cracked oil filter) but the engine, turbos etc are still original.
The first owner paid for the currently gearbox from Audi and look what happened to that.
It just goes to show that even when you pay for a new gearbox, one slip up can cause it to fail fairly quickly.
I'm sure that the previous owner sold the car because of the gearbox issues. First time I've heard of an RS6 being sold to 'We Buy Any Car' though!

2003 RS6 with 161400 on clock and petrol has cost not 45K but only £41105.61 p

My 160,000 miles is now 227,000. IS THERE A HIGHER MILEAGE RS PRODUCT ON THE ROAD?
Stll going strong hardly uses any oil timing chain tensoners broke at 180,000 but did not need an engine rebuild just replaced some valves, g/box reconditioned and turbos at the same time.
