All I had was issues and poor build quality with Trups supplied stuff on my first B7, still plenty of issues in the B7 section with the latest generation stuff.
Personally I work from the principle that if something is wrong I sort it out with the supplier in question, and if something is right then I'll share it with others. I find this works considerably better for relationships, and in terms of getting things sorted, than going round trolling on forums.

My experience (last week) was fine. Yours, three cars back, apparently wasn't. I visited his premises and workshop, and met him twice plus a lengthy discussion by PM beforehand. We discussed what was needed, and he delivered what I agreed with him, on time, and very politely and helpfully. If I had had had any concerns I believe they would have been quickly sorted.

I get both points of view. It's very frustrating when you get what you consider to be bad service / goods and can't get a satisfactory resolution and venting is understandable.

There are always 2 sides to every story and no supplier is perfect. I would prefer people to talk about their positive and negative experiences in the hope of getting a relatively balanced picture.

I've got both positive and negative views. My lights are working fine now, but I've had to replace 3 bulbs already and he hasn't sent out the replacements yet. He was also meant to be sending out a rear led kit for me too, but they've not surfaced.

Sorry for lack of replies, I'm bogged down and behind with the work I'm currently doing so getting the Hours in.

Chunky, Re the Indicators: yes, sorry this happened and it shouldn't of, again they where indicators I had which was the last of an old batch, I'm replacing them with Osram Chrome ambers which I had to order in and they have arrived this afternoon so will be posted later today, I went with osram as I know they wont fail again so soon so hope this sorts that as well as the LED sidelight that has gone out.

Rear LED Setup: PWM on Audi Canbus systems is what has stopped me getting releasing these, I had a batch come in and I have been testing them on quite a few Audi models as they come in and out to make sure its to plan, a few changes need to be made so there are not different variants of the same bulb ,I'm working on 1 bulb will work in all models/years as oppose to working on one setup per model, makes things less confusing my end. Brightness wise on the reds, reverse and indicators if going for them was awesome, much better from a safety point and all internal optics still been used as the LED placement was bang on.
