RDS-TMC Problem

Post by Gazzab17 » Tue Dec 22, 2015 10:19 pm

Hi,

Every time i start the car i get this message flagging up on my headunit

RDS-TMC tuner:
Connection to RDS-TMC
tuner is faulty or could
not be established!

It has probably been asked a hundred times but could anyone tell me what i need to fix it ?

The tv tuner doesnt work either so thought this might have something to do with it.

thanks in advance.

I had this happen to me once and I tried everything to fix it.
So in the end I got angry and unplugged the multi plug from the tmc box while everything was on.
Plugged it back in and it worked a charm from there on after!!

The TV Tuner won't work as they've switched off the analogue TV transmissions now haven't they?
