RS6 Avant STOLEN THIS MORNING - KV53 YML

its just hopeless situation there is now a big empty space where my once pride and joy once sat, always in the back of my mind a car like this would/could get stolen but you can't worry about it everyday, it was not my daily driver.

You take measures, lock it up with a disklok everywhere, park miles away from anything each time you go anywhere, i chained a motorbike lock round the back wheel when it was in the garage, but if they steal the keys that's it all pointless really keys to everything...

i can't stress this enough do NOT leave any car keys in the house if your out and the cars at home!!! hide them at all times!

just had the front bumper painted last week £350!! out of my savings, was totally mint example right spec not even a kerbed wheel dent or scratch, best example i could find..

Fact is though, they're discreet, super rapid and easy to nick. Easy targets, even without the keys

Im sure this isn't the same car, and obviously the reg is different... It's just come up on eBay and the advert is clearly dodgy (car in Poland send the money and The car will be shipped to your home address, etc).

Wheels are silver, mirrors are black but they're really not that difficult to change.

Pretty sure I have seen another car advertised on that same driveway too as recognise the two smart cars in the background.

Edit: today, I would just pass on any details to the authorities to look into rather than doing any investigation yourself.

If its going across borders - especially on the ferries ....isn't the reg number run? Offcourse they could transport it in a truck also.

Totally gutted, we all wanted a happy ending to this one. I guess the insurers will have to settle it now?
