Mafs DV and n75

Anyone know what the current price is change these? And is it recommended to change them at certain intervals?

Taken from my Jan '14 MRC receipt (NOT including VAT or Labour) -

MAFS x2 - £211.84

N75 - £50.83

DV's x 2 - £60.24

You could change the DVs for forge ones they're something like £60 extra for both but have a lifetime warrenty

Then you have to grease the buggers every couple of months. Unless you like the Hwoooonk noise, which I kinda do.

Cheers for the replies ! It's off to unit 20 next week for cambelt service and was thinking of getting a remap at same time - everyone seems to say change these at same time - car is on 66k and I don't think they have been replaced !

Anything you would routinely change with a stage 1

She got a clean and brush up today an all!!!

I changed all mine when I bought it at 72K as part of the major service I had just prior to the Stage 1 mapping setup I had done later that same day. I think it's better to have new bits + a health check before you start fiddling about with boost pressures etc but then again I've always been an "over maintenance" kind of guy and that attitude has yet to fail me so far!
