As said lots of vraiables involved, I had 1.5 mile 'drive' on straight (alos empty & dry) A30 behind a BMW Z4M and was in his mirror all the way to..well road run out but was not over taking him by any means
But I have done 100K miles and his was much fresher

When we are this far off topic mate you have to state a left/right/''u'' turn on thread. This is rs246 mate, the 2nd post in a thread could be about something totally different to the op. If the topic has changed the best thing to do is jump on a random thread and post your answer there. We all do it . It's like watching a Billy Connoly dvd, he may start a story but halfway through he goes miles out the way onto something else
