NZ were awesome, and Richie, showed he has still got it  .To be honest,Australia took too much of a hiding off SA the week before to do it all again. They looked tired.Cooper was awful!!!lol.I think the latest expression, for making a cock up of something is "i've made a right Quade of it!!!" :biggrin3: .Richie deserves to lift the cup anyways,a legend of the game

Three Australians and three Maoris are travelling by train to a Rugby match at the World Cup in New Zealand.
At the station, the three Aussies each buy a ticket and watch as the three Maoris buy just one ticket between them.

"How are the three of you going to travel on only one ticket?" asks one of the Aussies.
"Watch and learn bro," answers one of the Maoris.

They all board the train. The Aussies take their respective seats
But all three Maoris cram into a toilet and close the door behind them.

Shortly after the train has departed, the conductor comes around collecting tickets.
He knocks on the toilet door and says, "Ticket please."

The door opens just a crack and a single arm emerges with a ticket in hand.
The conductor takes the ticket and moves on.

The Aussies see this and agree it was quite a clever idea. So after
The game, they decide to go one better on the return trip and save
Some money (being clever with money, and all that).

When they get to the station for the return trip, the Maoris buy a single ticket for the return trip.
To their astonishment, the Aussies don't buy a ticket at all!!

"How are you going to travel without a ticket?" says one perplexed Maori.

"Watch and learn bro, " answers an Aussie ...

When they board the train the three Aussies cram into a toilet and
Soon after the three Maoris cram into another nearby.
Shortly afterwards, one of the Aussies leaves the toilet and walks
Over to the toilet where the Maoris are hiding.
He knocks on the door and says,

"Ticket please."

Wiremu, a New Zealander, was on the dole in Australia but about to fly home to watch the Rugby World Cup Final and was not feeling well,

So he decided to see a doctor.

"Hey doc, I dun't feel so good, ey" said Wiremu.

The doctor gave him a thorough examination and informed Wiremu
that he had long existing and advanced prostate problems and that the
only cure was testicular removal.

"No way doc" replied Wiremu "I'm gitting a sicond opinion ey!"

The second Aussie doctor gave Wiremu the same diagnosis and also
advised him that testicular removal was the only cure.
Not surprisingly, Wiremu refused the treatment.

Wiremu was devastated, but with the Rugby World Cup just around
the corner he found an expat Kiwi doctor and decided to get one last
opinion from someone he could trust.

The Kiwi doctor examined him and said: "Wiremu Cuzzy Bro, you huv Prostate suckness ey."

"What's the cure thin doc ?" asked Wiremu hoping for a different answer.

"Wull, Wiremu", said the Kiwi doctor "Wi're gonna huv to cut off your balls."

"Phew, thunk god for thut!" said Wiremu,
"those Aussie bastards wanted to take my test tickets off me!"

congratulations to our cousins across the water for the Rugby World Cup win.

A very tough hard fought game.

If you were a cynic you could say that the next Enzed Rugby world Cup win will be the next time the RWC is held in Enzed, but that would be ungracious.

A proper nail muncher of a game, it was great that the French turned up to play, they just didn't have the penetration in the end.
Mucho congrates to the filthy Kiwis, here's to another 24 years, maybe.

What were the kiwi players doing on the field during the game?
The interview post match with the Kiwi Captain Richie McCaw!"

McCaw found it hard to describe his feelings after fulltime.

“I am absolutely shagged,” he said. “What the boys put out there, we had to dig deeper than ever before and it’s hard to get it to sink in, but I am so proud of every single one of them.

“When we had problems the next guy stood up and the next guy stood up, and I take my hat off to the guy (Donald) but it’s not about one guy, everybody played as well as they can.”

Coach Graham Henry admitted there was consternation in the coach’s box during the second half.

“There was a wee bit of turmoil up there but you just have to reflect over the seven weeks and what these people have done right throughout the country,” Henry said.

“It has been bloody outstanding; Richie and the boys just hanging in there right through the 80 minutes to win this thing.”
