RWC
Re: RWC
They did and it's such a young team too. The Breadman (Warbington) is going to be immense for them in the years to come, it's a shame Wales couldn't deal with the pressure though. Even in the last 20mins I got the feeling that if Wales had've kicked points, SA would've just applied more pressure. The "du Plessises" were everywhere with Bismarck particularly brutal in the second half, he should be in the starting 15, <beep> Smit, he's too old. Brussow was more than able to deal with the breakdown at openside leaving Burger way more effective at blindside. I think Burger should've been switched to bs years ago, he's just not subtle enough at os, his ball carrying into contact against Wales is proof.
Still, it was a very close game, Wales should be proud and SA should be wide awake now.
You got a prediction for the final Mule?

The New Zulland view on Orstralians! - This is a sheep joke free zone!
Two boys are playing with a rugby ball on the street outside Eden Park in Auckland ,when one is attacked by a vicious rottweiler.
Thinking quickly, the other boy grabbed a stick and wedges it under the dog's collar and twisting it he luckily breaks the dog's neck and stops the attack.
A reporter strolling by sees the incident and rushes to interview the boy.
"Young Warrior Fan Saves Friend," he starts writing in his notebook.
"But I'm not a Warriors fan," the little hero replied.
"Sorry, since we’re in Auckland, I assumed you were," and starts again.
"All Black Fan Rescues Friend from Horrific Attack,....." he writes.
"I'm not an All Black fan either!" the boy said.
"I thought everyone in Auckland was either a Warriors or All Blacks fan. . . . ..
so what team DO you root for?" the reporter asked.
"I'm here on holiday with Mum & Dad, I’m a Roosters and Wallaby fan and when I grown up I want to be just like Quade Cooper!", the child beamed.
The reporter starts a new sheet in his notebook and writes, "Nasty little F*cker from Australia Kills Beloved Family Pet..."

Re: RWC
You must not be enjoying the demise of Carter and McAwe (word on the street is he won’t make it)... I've got a sick feeling that Slade is going to implode under the impending pressure. Aus and SA are not fairing much better after losing Poo Mitchell and Dumptruck Botha. Who know's which French team is going to turn up. England has a crisis of selection, dropping Bland Haskell, Thuggly Laws and Pate Tindal?!?! Plus Stevens is getting owned at the scrum and Aston is invisible. Ireland? Well I just couldn't bear to think about that smug prick BOD “I could've died” lifting the Web Ellis but I'll admit they look alright (they topped us rightly so). Wales are incapable of scoring a try against a tier one nation and the Argies are just grinding opposition into dogmeat at contact and breakdown (very enjoyable). Still, I have no fucken idea who is gunna win this fucken thing. Like I said, I just want the Bledisloe Cup back, I couldn't care less about the rest of the silverware... next year... next year, we're gunna stuff you All Blacks and take the Bled Cup back and then I'll get some sleep.
No matter where you go, there you are.

I have had to go turncoat on my earlier prediction and I am beginning to think that despite it all we may just crack it or crack and implode as young Slade ends up a quivering mess of nerves in the corner of the field rocking back and forth repeating 'Dan Dan Dan Dan Dan Dan Dan' in an ever increasing hysterical voice.
Yep we'll be fine

I'll be interested to see what happens in the France / England match tomorrow. I wish I'd been in a pub in France to see their faces during the Tonga match.
Got a feeling that France might pull a tardy rabbit out of their hat though.

Re: RWC
I think it is a pickem scrap now,but NZ may just have the edge, unless the Convicts have enough in the tank for one last scrap in the semis.Look at the last Tri nations match, they smashed NZ up front ,if they can do that again, then i think they can win it.That side of the draw anyway.
The key to Immortality is first living a life worth remembering.
Re: RWC
Yeah, I don't see how us shackle-draggers can lift ourselves again after such a brutal game against SA (Poecock put in a herculean effort). Even if we match eNZud in the frontrow, their second rowers aren't gunna lie down, Kano is just too good at the moment, so even if McAwe is out I still rate Victor Vito. So if there's parity up front, tit for tat at the breakdown that leaves us with lineouts, kick for territory, place kicks and the backline - of which, I reckon the All Blacks beat us 3-1. We need the mungo Cooper to shine for us and make it evens there too. The good news is, he got his shocker out of the way against SA so hopefully he'll be pinpoint accurate with the boot from hand. However, we've lost Beale (he tweeted he's out but Oz RU saying he's still in!?!?) and I think he is the difference, if given only one opportunity, he can score from anywhere, and sometimes eNZud don't even give you one opportunity, so it’s massively important that he’s on the pitch come Sunday. That said, Issy Dagg (if he’s starting) ain’t no slouch as his opposite number.
eNZud weakness? Not many. I'd buy tickets to the Weepu-Cruden show again, I thought that combo worked out well. But, if I'm honest, had Weepu not kicked such a high percentage against the Argies, they could've lost the fucken lot. It'll be a tough game this Sunday but you're right, to win, we need to starve that sheep-pumping blackness of ball a la 2003 semi. I predict eNZud to win by 3, there I said it and that hurt... I hope to <beep> I'm wrong.
As I watch the Tri-nations year-upon-year, for me, the France Wales game is the pick of the weekend, neither have lifted the Web Ellis so this match will be better than two street tramps fighting to death for a hot meal and a ride on the local crackwhore. I can't wait... get your drink on people...
The ARC rules:
BIG hits - a cheaky half tankard
Try savers - SKULL thy pint
Yay and the people will drink on the tighthead - Thou opposition drinks for being fucken weak at the scrum and thy drinkist also because...
EVERYONE DRINKS ON A TIGHTHEAD!
