The impression I got from the guy on the phone was that they cover standard parts and materials on the car.
If it is a brand specific piece of technology, eg. DRC, then they will not cover it. But then again, could they not try to sneek out of any payout by playing that card?!?
I was considering them as a serious option for warranty cover until I started asking some specific questions about the 6.

Have any of you guys signed up with this lot yet? I tempted as Warranty direct have messed me about for 2 months now with the famous engine rattle when cold
. They won't cover my engine even though i've had compressions, oil pressure etc checked and verified ok as requested by them
. The rattle has gone now too after an oil and filter change

I was with them, but the only thing that went wrong at the time was a slight leak from the prop seal, phoned them to see if it was covered- nope don't cover seals or gaskets or any type of oil-water leak but they will cover both turbos-alternator etc,as most of you guys gals know there not there to lose money and they can play any card they feel fit
like everything in this life you pay ye money ye take ye chance
