European RS6 Prices!!!

I thought I'd have a look at Audi prices across Europe- the base RS6 Avant in the UK is approx 84,000 euros OTR.
These are the other countries:
IT-93,120
FR-99,590
DE-90,500
ES-102,000
BE- 94,350
And the one I REALLY can't understand:

Any theories chaps?

These are BASE prices with no extras added- if I get time later I'll add all options and that might give a truer picture.

I wonder how the new RS4 pricing will stack up from country to country?

Look at the prices net of tax, all these variations are as a result of national taxes associated with car ownership.
I would expect the cheapest price before tax to be in Denmark.
VAG sells cars for less in countries with a high tax rate, some countries charge luixury tax, others a car ownership tax and all sorts of variations, apart from the VAT.

In the Netherlands (NL) we had to pay 45% TAX [img]images/graemlins/rocketwhore.gif[/img]over the standard-price of a car!!!!! (isn't it unbelieveble??)

So a RS2,RS4,RS6 is a very exclusive car and that's make me and much other auto-fans sad.

Australia: EUR 137,400 (AUD 225,100) base
I guess largely due to import tax (every car above EUR 35,000 considered a luxury good), I don't buy that shipping costs amout to EUR 40,000.

We have a few aussies around here. Will (itaplikeabitch) Bear used to visit but he is now in the states.
137 euro, stinks for sure. My RS6 came to 61,275 pound on the configurator. Makes a grown man cry.
