Really sorry to read about what happened to you and your car. Any description of the b@st@rd involved in the theft? I am selling mine at the moment and of all the people looking to view the car, I am getting a bad vibe from one person in particular......to the degree that I am very reluctant to give them my address. While most people are welcome to look, if anyone tries it on, they are guaranteed bit of a surprise. Really hope you get some positive news on your car soon!

I can't believe they are still driving it around! What a nerve!
Another reason never to post your number plate on pictures, don't make it easy for them.

Meet them in a public place like a petrol station and commence the transaction from there. Once you're happy with them, you can always take them home for a cup of tea later ;)

Yeah, that surprised me. I assume there's no active Tracker on it, or they surely would have been picked up a while ago? It's a long shot, but is it worth asking at a few local petrol stations to see if they remember it coming in? If so, you can then check their CCTV?

Hmm.. nothing I can see on that one that's non-standard that would perhaps help identify it. Was there anything about yours that would help make it unique? A particular prang you'd recognise

Go and see it, take along one or two large friends with you.

If it is yours leave and call the police! Explain you have done there job for them and inform them that if they do not visit immidiatly then your friends and you "may" have to get involved directly and you are not prepared to be resposible for actions.

Surgestions of this nature help focus the officers mind. Wrong I know, they would rather stop a problem rather than go and do the job and take your car back and introduce the scum to a small room and tea without sugar!
