Xenon Auto Leveling Warning Light.

Post by Knutts » Tue Feb 09, 2010 3:56 pm

Since I have had my DRC replaced with PSS9's I keep getting the Xenon Auto Leveling light come on. The guys who did the work have been over it with a fine tooth comb and replaced the sensors etc but I am still having problems.

It ususally comes on after about 15 minutes of driving. Does anyone have any ideas?

Mine did that after fitting H&Rs.
Turned out the levelling bar by the N/S/R axle had snapped. Quick bit of Duct tape to secure it and all was well.
Hope you get it sorted soon ;)

I hope they would have noticed a snapped bar the amount of times it has been back..

It's going back in next Wednesday. Hopefully they can fix it this time.

Had the same problem on mine. Don't laugh but had to lift the body of the car a couple of mm (Grabed the rear wheel arch and lifted it by hand)carried out the calibration using vagcom and it worked. Cleared the fault.

I managed to fix it using a jack. I set them a little high, jacked a tiny bit to get under 3.50v and set. When I dropped it down the few mm's it was the right level.

I had this problem at first too, car was raised a bit and then the Xenons were reset.

Still early day but looks like it's been fixed.

Car has been raised slightly and the rear sensor adjusted so the bar is more horizontal.
