Looks very nice - though I'd wonder about a guy who has his heating set at 27.5C!!

that looks like a price too good to be true.

I would check that the servicing is correct - including a cambelt change. Also check the condition of consumables - tyres, brakes, suspension.

Any warranty ??

Being on a 54 plate, it should have RNS-E but only has RNS-D. Bit odd?

no, i dont think all '54 plates had RNSE

been a discussion on that before i believe

i think it depends on when it was built vs. registered

Missing floor mats. Annoying.

What's with the ashtray? Is it missing?

Are you keeping the car after all? I thought you were going to get the dealer to take it back?

Italian legal system seems to take forever...im considering my options. Ideally id get my money back with the 15day period they are required to refund me, following the first formal demand from a lawyer...but knowing how it works here it might be better for me to fix it and take them to court for my costs...although my legal team (who i think are "connected") say not to worry and it will be sorted "one way or another" within the first weeks of the new year...

So if you hear of a dealership in torino being wiped off the map...it had nothing to do with me....honest ur'honour
