Seats and centre armrest...
Seats and centre armrest...
Maybe I have OCD (obses compul disord) , but can't help but notice when looking at a great example C5 that the passenger side seat seems to rub hard up against the centre armrest, while the drivers seat has a few cm gap...
Is this a common trait of the C5's? Is it as simple as the centre consol might have move toward the passanger side due to use from the driver. Could it be simply a matter of loosening and realigning?
Await the OCD comments..

that doesn't hurt the leather?Lig wrote:Morning chaps,
Mines the same - real simple solution to the squeek....just sprinkle some talcum powder between seat and console, tidy up with a dry cloth and the squeek is gone (well for a good few weeks anyhow)!!

Quite the opposite I'm afraid. Maybe that's the solution... eat your way to centered consoles.Cornishmoocher wrote:Are you a skinny bastard while all the rest of us are fatfeckers?Shoppinit wrote:That's funny. Mine is nicely centered. Why would it move?

Re: Seats and centre armrest...
Sticky back felt from eBay stuck to the side of the armrest. It looks just like the felt that is already stuck to the seatbelt clips.
