They don't know anything about this?? Try asking Jeremy Hicks or Paul Adcock. Grrrr, makes me see red too.

Audi take great pride... in telling you they don't want to know about your DRC problems. Er, what about the extended DRC guarantee for B7 RS4 owners?

Can anyone confirm the above part numbers, better yet tell us what the difference actually is?

Dulwich Audi are in the process of replacing all my shocks and the DRC valves at the moment, and the part numbers they've quoted on their job sheet don't all tally with of those quoted in the letter.

The numbers I have are as follows (assuming I've deciphered the mechanic's hieroglyphics properly):

NSF shock 4B3413031R
OSF shock 4B3414032B
NSR shock 4B3513031P (might be an R - can't really tell)
OSR shock 4B3513032B
shock boots 4B0512137C
DRC valves x2 4B3616807/808

Not sure if this helps at all!

If anyone wants a copy/scan of my letter from Jeremy Hicks I'd be happy to oblige.

That letter from Kelly is BS, and even if not, a demonstration of her incompetence because, like Grant says, she doesn't even know what her boss is up to...

O.K. I have just sent this to Watchdog........

I suggest that we all click on the Watchdog link and let them know how Pi$$ed off we all are.

The suspension system Audi call DRC on a car which was £70,000 when it was new is NOT suitable for purpose.
I have had to have it replaced (at my own expense) with aftermarket parts (non Audi) due to continual failures.
I am not alone there are literally HUNDREDS of other Audi owners who have had the same problems which are costing us a fortune.
Audi are just fobbing us all off with poor quality, time wasting repairs.
There are people who have had near death experiences due to this suspension system.
If You can check out the Audi forum www.RS246 in the RS6 section there is a thread titled "DRC Action against Audi" full of horror stories.
Audi keep on fobbing us off, Will You ?

If we all do it it will be difficult for them to ignore.

I am also going to email Audi so who would be the best man to hassle ??

Very good.

Lets keep piling on the pressure and maybe, just maybe we can get some kind of response from the BBC on this.

Ta SR71  So the B7 RS4 DRC warranty was extended to 75k miles/5 years. Hmmm, still not good enough for a large number of the RS6 owners here IMHO.
