Received this letter from the dealers that I bought my car from, I like the biit where it says trust your car to our tech's for expert service.. or words to that effect. Do they know anything? did they check on the RS6 before sending this? If i had got this 6 months earlier, and had not known better, had I waited for 75k to change the CB, and had a failure, i bet my warranty would have been fooked. So now are they saying that its ok to go 75k miles on one cam belt?????? Would you???? Wan*ers.
This after they sent me a letter to say all servicing £149.00 for your car "RS6-quoted reg", as a valued customer, we want you to have peace of mind. This offer does not apply to cars over 2.0 litres......

How can you doubt Audi? They built the car, they should know better than anyone how to service it.Cornishmoocher wrote: So now are they saying that its ok to go 75k miles on one cam belt?????? Would you????

Does anyone want to give Audi Customer Services a call to see if the advice agrees with the letter?

I propose that Audi improve their customer services by making all employees take this test:
