Big Brake Upgrade

Post by DrB » Wed Jul 30, 2008 10:38 pm

Just picked up my car from www.mrctuning.com

Just had the brakes refitted including an upgrade to 390 x 36mm (new RS6 disc size) for the fronts. I have attached a picture of the difference in discs.

Thanks very much to Lucus, Doug and guys there.

Mark

Very nice. I was contemplating this upgrade when a pair of the above discs were delivered at Unit 20 last month. I'll have to come round and have a look at them all fitted.

It's a good cheap up grade on the rs6 . We've done several kits .

Daniel, you need a bespoke 5mm hub spacer that goes between the disc and original hub IIRC.

Grizz can supply these (I'm sure MRC can too!)

Are those a direct fit on the RS6? Do you have a Part No?
Thanks!

Sorry they are not a direct fit , you need a "kit" to make them fit .. Grizz
