Well sportec is only tuning: seat, vw, porsche, skoda and off course audi.....

so this lotus thing is not possible, and porsche's engine is in the back, right,....so it's a complete mistery

I'm really confused guys, Bettonracing is posting a 650bhp RS4 engine detail in a Sportec RS550 thread relating to an RS6? - am I getting close, or am I still going Image

Hey Andiroo. U're right. After seeing the pics I didn't even go back to check and make sure I had the same car (they look the same?) I just figured it was. Image
My bad. Image

Here's the pic that caused the confusion:

I'll check myself next time. Image
Thanks for keeping me in check.

Can't say the same for all of us...

What car is that in the pic above (my post)?

I'm starting to wonder if that dyno chart was just lingering nearby just to be noticed (?).

That car is an RS6 modified by Sportec and called an RS550 (550bhp). It's a lot bigger than the RS4 model which is the RS460

What about the chart? It was right infront of the car 'cause that's the only reason I took a pic of the car (no dsrspct but there were WRC cars and F1 cars there as well as other race cars). I tried asking about the car (boost, internal mods, etc) but everybody at the show was either German/French/ Dutch/ all of the above. I'll try emailing Sportec.

We performed a joint test with the Sportec RS550 and the MTM version and it was published in the June issue of Audi Driver. I accompanied Neil Birkitt when he drove the Sportec back to AMD in Bicester. Having never been in an RS6 of any kind before I was shocked! Forgive my naivity but I am fairly new to the marque and new to the magazine too! I had admired the RS range from afar (as most people do I suspect!) but I must say it was awesome in every respect... here are some piccies...
