Cool, you must be the first with a C6 RS6, what's it like? ;-)

Sorry Fraser, couldn't resist!

Moved to the C5 RS6 forum.

I'd say 100's if you can without any CEL issues, they will flow better than 200's.

Gotta be 100 cell cats, why consider 200 cell?

I've just had the full Milltek experience and installed 100 CPSI for free flow exhaust gas. Passes the MOT.
Ebony Black Avant with Black Optics, Silver Leather and Piano Black/ Full Milltek - 100 CPSI cats and non-resonated! TVR for the summer..... and SL55 AMG just for the pose!!

Ahh... 100 cells per square inch or 200 cells per square inch.

200 is more cells in the catalyser per square inch (density), but also more blockage in the exhaust for the gases to flow past.... hence I went for the 100 CPSI, as it allows more gas flow and still protects the environment by passing MOT emission testing.

OK still throws out CO2 gases but passes the MOT and is better than no cats (de-catted).
