Banging Shocks

I know that this may have been covered before, but I have just had all the shocks replaced on the RS6 under warranty, but whenever I am accelerating and turning, if I go over any type of bump, its bangs. Its like the shock isnt recovering from the inital bump and bounces along. The warning lights come one as well.

Its been into west london audi three times over the last mont, them keeping it for a total of two weeks. They are obviously finding it hard to find the problem, any thoughts I can give them as to what is wrong?

It is, of course, the DRC, and they are currently trying to get the pressures right. Apparently is a manula process that takes time.
