The modification of the optimized Audi RS6 (364kW/495h.p.), in contrast to the production-line vehicle (331kW/450h.p.), is done by a slight increase of the boost pressure about 0.2bar as well as an extensive working and new programming of the electronic jet fields. At the same time we lift the production-line engine torque control and Vmax limit.
In level 2 (390kW/530h.p.) the boost pressure is increased is about 0.25bar, the induction pipe system and ventilation circuit are optimized and the injection code field is adapted to this processing.
In level 3 (425kW/578h.p.), additionally to the modifications of level 2, two B&B special turbo chargers with modified exhaust fume bends are installed in connection with a code field igniton system adapted to this installation and a complete sports exhaust system with high-grade steel catalysts 100CPSI and enlarged exhaust pipes. Furthermore from level 3 onwards the transmission is strengthened because of the high engine torque.
In level 4 (460kW/625h.p.), additionally to the modifications of level 3, the engine and the cylinder heads are completely processed.
All modifications of engine and electronics are done with special care following the production-line stability as well as the complete everyday-suitability of the engine.
This emphasizes the B&B engine and drive guarantee to 2 year/100.000km

Hmmm, I must sya that I am a little suspicious of tuning companies quoting these sorts of figures. Take the S4 for an example, they are quoting 340bhp for little more than a small (0.25bar) boost increase, airbox work and ECU upgrade. All other tuners are quoting around 310bhp for these mods and a turbo-back exhaust to get near 340bhp ???

Yeah I go alonf with your comment. I wonder just what it is they do to the induction system etc that gives such excelent gains over all the other tuning companies. Not one claim the kind of figures these guys are. Hhmmm
