I had problems with mine before I picked it up. Was told it was fixed but 2 months later still got problems. Funny thing is audi keep telling me all is ok with the car and its normal for the peddles to move when driving over ruff roads. :(

Great read MugelloR, I'm going to ring the "TT" shop this week and speak to them.

Went back to Audi again today after a damper change last week. They are going to re-drain the system again but this time when it's hot (30/45 mins of me doing 10 MPG ;) )

Maybe I'll wait till Friday when they change the oil and see what happens.

Good post MugelloR, thanks

If you do speak to them I'd be interested to hear what they have to say ... as I mentioned in my other post this is a route I'm certainly interested in going down some time in the not too distant future.

There is also a strong vibe from tother side of the pond that the RS6 DRC issue is long overdue recognition and ultimately a sound engineering remedy.......

Cheers for posting the article, a good read. From that I wonder what difference in ride height we are running? and what the standard ride height should actually be?

Cheers Phil for starting enquiries; what kind of contact was it as a matter of interest i.e. technical or customer service?

I don't expect that dealers will be able to get technically up to speed on all things RS6 such as DRC repairs, as I imagine that commercially the RS6 service custom is a very very small proportion (less than 1% of business!?) of their trade. So as a business it simply doesnt stack up to train so many people/dealers. It would be more cost efficient if they have a couple of dealers that are capable of doing the really technical stuff without having to start getting out the Audi Haynes Manual. My dealer took 1 week just to bleed two dampers (I imagine much to their frustration, as my car took up a service bay space for three days in that week whilst they scratched their heads and swore a lot).

the audi dealership i used to work at was a reporting dealer..any problem cars had would go through them and they would keep the car until it was rite..then a report would be sent to audi which would distribute to all its dealers..
obviously they dnt do that anymore..
any new cars with problems would once reported on be put rite on the production line..seemed to work well..

I'm trying to follow the correct process, and have therefore started with UK Customer Service.
