Repressurising is not possible !! They are having you on mate !!
But if the cars fine, no shady handling then fine.

As for the Rad, that should be under warranty unless it was stone damage.

Thanks. I thought the struts were diagonally opposed and had DRC? valves controlling fluid. When a strut leaks it loses fluid and needs replacing and the diagonal link osf/nsr and vice versa is by pressurised fluid system with ??16bar. When units and DRC changed air can be trapped in the system so the rattling/banging on rough roads returns. The only way to correct is to replace the oil in the system and repressurise?? Also the headlights are linked to how this system reacts .I think there are 'motors' front and rear controlling how the H/L adapt. When my susp/DRC went t-ts up the headlamp warning lit. Motors were replaced and all well until this air problem when H/L adjustment fault recurred and with the refill etc all back to normal. Oh for twin SU's and a stethoscope for tuning and kingpins at the front, with a feeler gauge for points. Yup 0 - 60 in 25 secs or 23 secs on Cleveland Discol but it was all soooooooo simple! Its also a b-gg-r being old!!

Your right they are, but when they change suspension components they should change the pressurised valve also.

They did replace the valves and I was told it was a b-----d to do. As they were fairly inaccessible and not meant to be changed. They said it was ''known''.
