Replaced by: 997 Turbo. Didn't like.
Replaced by RS6. I like(d).
Land Rover Defender. Not as nippy.

That engine bay is from a normally aspirated 4.2 V8. RS6(+) is loads nicer with the carbon fiber trim and dual MAF setup...

Just my 0.02.

I know, surprised to see it was a Plus. So why doesn't mine look like that? :| Looks completely different...

that bay is the new rs4. not an rs6. the article either got the pics mixed up or clearly knows nothing about audi's

dace.... the thread has been deleted so the link cant be pm'd.

besides the RS6 article was written in Jan 05, way before the RS4 started appearing.. Anyone? it's annoying me. Perhaps a pic from a prototype of some description?

at a guess, I'd say it's a B6 S4 engine bay - certainly not RS6 (nor B7 RS4)
