Sambos C5 RS6

Hi everyone.
I just wanted to share some pictures of my RS6 which I picked up a week or so ago.
I went to look at the car about a month ago and was bowled over by it and left a deposit. In the weeks since I have been looking for a few bits and pieces to improve the car (some may have seen my posts).
Anyway the car is a 2003 RS6 in avus silver with black nappa leather and has covered 77K. It is pretty much everything that I wanted and has full service history. It has loads of receipts and according to which it has just had the gearbox oil changed, the cambelt done, the water pump changed, one intercooler resealed and one replaced. It has a blue flame non-res cat back exhaust and K&N panel filters…..making it sound a bit more tasty and H&R coilovers replacing the DRC.
Unfortunately someone has painted the front callipers red which I am not loving so will shortly be repainting them black and have ordered some RS decals for the repainted callipers.
I managed to source some MTM bimotos while waiting to pick up the car and have since had them refurbished in anthracite…these will be on the car in the next week or so.
Hope to have a health check shortly and give the car a good once over as we’ll be taking it on our yearly pilgrimage to the south of France at the end of the month so just a few weeks to make sure all is well.
This will be my daily and expect to do around 15K a year in it…..bring on the bills
