Hi all,

I've just picked up today a 2005 S4 cabriolet from my local AD with just 36k on the clock. So paid top money but Audi warranty. Was after a "decent" 4- seater convertible, probably a AMG CLK Mercedes or E46 BMW Alpina B3. Had never really considered an Audi until I saw this. Thought I may as well have a test drive and I was impressed enough to buy it and the V8 sounds glorious.

I have to admit my pride and joy is actually my just under 2 years old BMW 335i SE coupe, which I bought new and specced it up to the eyeballs. I'm afraid the 335 is in the garage and the S4 will live on the drive.

Here's a few pic's, not brilliant but it's been a dreary day with the weather here. The spec. may not be the best but here are the codes and descriptions over the standard car:
ZU carmine red/black
STL piano lacquer fascia and inserts
6E3 front centre armrest
7A2 CD auto-changer
7X1 acoustic parking system - rear
8RY Bose sound system
N0Q silk nappa leather with piping
PSV heated front seats
PU7 auto-dim rear view mirror & auto low beam headlights

Oh, and my user name comes from th fact that I/we own a retired racing greyhound.

Regards, Mark.

Had the roof down this evening 8)

Aaah, yours must be the lovely looking grey Alpina for sale. If I was allowed to have 4 cars again I would be having that too. I used to have a E46 B3 3.3 coupe a few years back.
