RS6 brake nipples seized....eye-watering stuff!

Greetings!
My RS6 saloon's just back from its 40K service (East Midlands area) and the news is that the rear brake fluid bleed nipples are seized....probably the caps not put on properly the last time the brake fluid was changed and they've got dirt in them (sounds painful!). The suggestion is that they could be damaged if forced and if this happens its £1.6K for new calipers!!
Anyone advise on a specialist garage around here (other than the obvious!) that could sort the problem without resorting to brute force and relying on an insurance claim?
