Potential B7 RS4 Avant owner (When not if: on the hunt!)

Hey guys and gals,
Long time admirer of the B7 RS4 when a gent down my street had one (he still has it, Hull based) and now I’m eager to scratch the itch!
I’ve had a gander at a few over the last year but nothing has met the right specs/desirability/cost factor just yet!
Currently in the process of running through paperwork of an avant, all being well I’m willing to take Thursday off work to head and have a physical look, get it up on a ramp and take it for a test. Should that go well, a preferred PX would be nice but if they don’t offer what I’m after It’ll be a private sale and a train ride back up another time to collect!
Here’s hoping she’s a beauty!
If anyone has any history of info regarding the vehicle in question, I’d be thankful to hear it! Registration is as follows;
