If you drove one you'd change your mind. :bigblink:

Never going to happen.

A: I'm a naturally aspirated die hard and HATE turbochargers - they're akin to a battery powered watch.
B: 996 has Panamera levels of ugliness, which I just couldn't inflict upon the public.
C: Considering the above...I'd still turn down a 996 GT3 RS.

My 911 entry would be anything up to 993, or 997.2 and later.
Sepang Blue B8 RS4, MY14, All option packs, B&O, Adv Key, Adapt Cruise, Pan Roof, Akrapovic Titanium Exhaust, + more.

Previous - Phantom Black B7 RS4 Avant, Black Optics, Titan pack, SS+, Buckets, FBSW

It's easier to turn down a 996 GT3 RS as they're 150k now...
I'll take a GT2 RS in any flavour with a Casio G-Shock, thanks.
No matter where you go, there you are.

Ho ho, then you'd best buy all the performance cars you need for the rest of your life now. Everyone is going turbo.
Currently running:
18 plate Lamborghini Huracan Performante (5.2l of V10 naturally aspirated craziness)
67 plate RS6 Performance (fully loaded)
66 plate Range Rover Autobiography (for wafting around)
16 plate Mini Cooper S convertible (lots of fun but rather skittish when thrashed)

Favourite car ever owned:
1971 Citroen DS21 - The Goddess (pure art on wheels)

There's enough to see me through this industry phase, the turbo will fall and then I'll have to concede to batteries. N/A engines with Casio E-shock torque filling.

Turbos have been around for an age and I think this industry phase will last our lifetimes. Turbo, hybrid or full electric is about all we'll see in the mainstream before we are all pushing up daisies. But that's cool as you'll be the guy driving the naturally aspirated classics (as will I) - that's assuming there are any petrol stations left of course.
