Rs4 b7 steering buttons

Hello everyone

This is my first post

I’m the proud owner of a 2007 rs4 b7

My steering wheel buttons are worn and need replacing

The grey insert

Can anyone point me in the right direction for a replacement ?

Audi sell them. Other than that ebay for a second hand one?

Part number is 8E0419689 and around £200 from memory.
