My obsession with Fast Audis started back in college some 13 years ago whilst studying motor mechanics.
We were assigned to do a project on modern designs of high performance vehicles, most chose Ferraris and Lambos but imagine the surprise when I chose an estate... But not any old estate, the RS6 Avant!
Something always appealed to me about a subtle looking estate with brutal performance.
Fast forward to now and I've been through many great cars to get here including RenaultSports, Subarus and Evos, most recently coming from an Evo IX MR FQ360.
Having just had a second child I used it as the perfect excuse to move from a four door saloon to an estate, and of course the obvious choice was my old friend the C5.
I spent the past 3 months viewing many that just didn't tick all the boxes, but eventually came across a gem with all the essential work already done.
So picked one up at the weekend and I've fallen in love already, done 300 miles in one weekend just enjoying it.
Overall a very clean car but I will spend the next few years getting her up to an immaculate condition as with my previous prides.
So that's my story and here I am. Look forward to sharing my progress going on.
