B7 2006 - RS4 - Possible Engine Issue - can anyone advise

Morning All,
Thanks for adding me on this forum.
Just wondering if anyone can help with an existing problem I've got with my RS4 - B7 2006 - Cabrio.
75K on the clock, has been de-coked recently by AMD Tuning in Thurrock, did a good job, however, when the oil/engine temperature get to past 90 degrees, I'm still suffering (not as bad) throttle delays, surges and stalling? The car is proving quite unreliable, and I'm continuously thermometer watching.
Has anyone come across this problem before? Any ideas? My current Garage has it, not AMD, AMD only performed the De-coke.
Would be grateful for some pointer gents. Apologies, I'm sure this topic has come up numerous times also,
Thanks

Thanks Geordie,
My car is not reflecting any coil issues? or errors, Rang Audi's and they said it can only be 2 things, Crank Sensor or one of 3 fuel pumps? typical.
Thanks again guys.
