New rs4avant b7 owner

Hi all, I've recently just got my rs 4, I'm wanting to change the engine oil and after your recommendation
Pics! I use Caltex fully synthetic 5w40 I think. It seems fine. It's readily available here in Australia at fuel stations in 1L bottles for the inevitable top up required.
