Coming back to the Audi fold...

Post by imster » Wed Oct 05, 2016 3:13 pm

Hey all, about to pull the trigger on a 2016 C7 RS6 Performance! I used to own a Mk1 TT 225 back when in the day and I noticed there are a few names from the old TTforum here! I think I recognize KMpowell, and Mikefish? You guys had TT's way back then?

Anyways I am coming back to the fold, since owning my TT, I've had a VW MK5 R32, a Honda CRV lol, a Renault Clio Cupsport 182 (the original 172 was my dream car when I was a teenager), a Ford Territory (Australian outback style!), a Mercedes C300, and currently a W205 C63s Wagon which will be replaced by the RS6.

I also ride motorbikes and currently ride a 2016 Aprilia Tuono 1100 Factory (awesome bike), I figured I need a car that can atleast keep up with the Aprilia so the RS6 is the way to go.

Anyways glad to be here and many questions will be incoming!!!

PS: if you recognize me from the TT Forums or any other forums dont be shy and say hello :)

Hmm I think I remember you as well BAM-BAM? You used to be on the TT forums too? or maybe the R32 forums?

What does FON stand for?

As for the budgie nine... All I can say that if I were at Phillip Island, Bathurst or any Australian track and I pulled that stunt I probably would have been beaten to a pulp, if they wanted to make a statement about Ricciardo winning then perhaps the Aussie flag would have been more appropriate

It wasn't me dude. Never had a TT. But nice choice for your next car. Any details?
Click on the word FON for a list of the rules (assuming you are on a proper Web browser and not tapatalk).

Not me, never owned a buttplug.

I like how Australia are supporting the Malaysian decision to detain and charge. They're own country recognise they were idiots and broke laws.

Ahh cheers fella! Nice set of rules lol!

The car I'm looking at is Daytona Grey, Pretty much the standard build with the Dynamic pack (no ceramic brakes).

I plan to mod it a little bit, space out the rears, possibly lower it, ecu remap, and exhaust.

Haha buttplug! Once it was remapped, with larger brakes it became a pretty quick car :)

Usually Australia has a habit of supporting it citizens regardless how much wrong they have done but this time it seems common sense has prevailed. One of the 9 is linked to a politician as well so it will be interesting to see how that goes

There's another one in there too but I gave up editing. I was up half the night with a screaming baby... you know how my victims get...
