I just wanna say hello from Spain.
Im a RS4 B7 avant owner. I've been in "love" with this machine for 6 years now.
Its a 2008 year (built on 2005) with 100.000km.
So far I've been dealing with all the common issues, but Im still happy with the wagon.
What it's been improve (at least I think its been)
- Brakes (front rotors) I warped 2 sets of OEM rotors, decided to install an oversized ones, problem solved.
- Carbon bult. Went to the extreme. I live in Spain, so I decided to pay a visit to Garage the Vincy (MRC) and tune it up. STAGE 2.
- Seat bolsters valve. Working in this issue now.
- Small tank for such a big time drinker.... No solution possible, just to get a nice fidelity card with a gas brand...
- Arm rest: I use the car for some traveling, if not, I would have ditched it some time ago.
- RNSE. Planning on a aftermarket head unit. I've spent more than 300€ in a dvd burner and dvds and I still can make a decent copy.
- Steering Wheel: I will open a post regarding a swap.
- DRC: Im up for a change, need to decide, B8 or PSS9... will see.
- Rear Windows child lock.... Im single, so far it doesnt bother me. I will take a look through eBay some day.
