Re: Hello there
Unfortunately the badge cannot be bought separately and has to be bought as part of the entire silver lower section of the steering wheel. The wheel needs removed and dismantled to fit. See the following link for a guide : viewtopic.php?f=35&t=114654&hilit=steer ... el+removal
Regards the exhaust, i am almost certain they are springloaded so when the car is off and no vacuum they return to the open position, so you just need to removed the vacuum pipes from the exhaust but ensure you cap them off with some self tapping screws.

Re: Hello there
Welcome and FON.
If the flaps are shut when the engine is off then they are stuck and need a bit of force to open them. Spray a bit of oil or wd40 to loosen them up a bit and then force them open with a screwdriver or stick or similar. I think you need to push them at the top to open them.
