Sponsors and no responce...

Hi Guys, First serious post of my own.

I'm about to Aquire an RS4 (New) in the next couple of months hopefully, and I've been using this forum to research various bits and bobs, what to look for, what to specify, Steel or Ceramic, What to watch out for etc....

So far, its pretty good, plenty of opinions and data.

I wanted to look at what the brakes cost to replace, as I'm trying to decide onthe Ceramics Vs Steels, and the best place to look should first of all be the Sponsors, surely, they will have the best deals for forum members.

Having looked at Stoke Audi sponsors page, it seems they're no longer replying. At a quick look, there's many thousands of pounds of requests for parts. Could someone involved in the admin email me, as I'd like to negotiate a Group discount with another Audi Parts department if they no longer are involved, or kick the right @rses of those at Stoke to get them to wake up. Either way, getting a better deal for the forum members.
Theres no reason that they shouldn't have a Pined post with latest prices on them, and be the point of call for members.

I'd also like to look for other sponsors (Subject to conflict of interest). I think theres quite possibly plenty more people who'd be willing to Sponsor the group, due to the buying power and active recommendations to non-forum members.

I'm happy to take feedback, if people want me to naff off, but Im guessing if I can get deals on related products, most would be happy.

Just got an email back from Audi (Leeds) stating the Ceramics are no longer an option.

As per my previous post, it'd be handy if all the numbers were on here, provided by a Dealer, and possibly an aftermarket supplier too. I'll see if I can gether this info and post below.

As you've seen, ceramics can't be ordered because of lead time bringing the cars past end of production of the B8 (In fact, just this week they've stopped taking orders for B8's full stop)
Front steel discs and pads are £1600 from what another member has just been quoted, and rears are around the same from memory

I think it's a good idea to get a list of replacement parts up on here from an Audi and also aftermarket source, although most of the cars will still be well within their first 3 years warranty, so consumables are limited really to just tyres and brakes
