Hello everyone,
I have just bought 2006 RS4 B7 Phantom Black sedan with sunroof. Am looking forward to being a proud RS4 owner and enjoying the drive and probably asking loads of questions.
My interior also has woodgrain finish - this is the only car that we saw this finish on - is this just a different option from factory to the usual carbon or silver finishes that was in all the other cars I looked at before I settled on this one? Any tips, pointers and suggestions graciously accepted.
Cheers
Sandi

Welcome!
Phantom Black, best colour
I don't think I've ever seen a UK RS4 with the wood grain trim.

Hi guys,
My humble apologies that I didn't respond earlier. Life can sometimes get in your way however having said that am now back on track. Please see pics below. Yes I hear you about the wood trim - initially I didn't think much of it and wanted to change it however having now owned the car for 12 months I am used to it and quite like it now and choose not to change it. It was part of the car when it was ordered by the previous owner - it's a genuine 1 owner and I am 2nd owner - we spoke to the original owner as we found some paperwork in the car and located the dude. He traded the car to get a Q7. My husband found it on line and we bought it sight unseen as it was in Victoria but had it checked out by independent company who did a 300 point check along with checking stolen history and registration background. Oh yes I am in Straya, Brisbane and we had the car shipped from Victoria as part of the purchase price.
I finally managed to get my husband to do the picture thingy via photo bucket as he is an avid forum participant so he knows what and how to do these things. Hope the pics are ok:)
When I bought the car I always wanted RS4 t-shirt and hat hence my question
Thanks again

Welcome to RS246.
Nice motor! Nice plate too - my brothers also in Brisbane, he's been working out there as an engineer for just over four years now, got a proper accent now too! From the position of your seat (and the height of your camera in the photos) you must be just as little as his Aussie GF

Hi Ian,
Thanks - yeah I like it too

And yup definitely a short arse - didn't realise it was so apparent but hey can't hide it
My husband is from Yorkshire but has been here many many many many years and has no pommie accent anymore until he speaks with his rellies and then it re-appears - quite funny really to listen too.
