Nice idea Simon. That works fine for application software, but not quite so handy for embedded software.
I prefer to play it a bit differently anyway. I build in bugs :lol:

The project (worth about 10 million) is due to be delivered to the client's customer this week and they need me to make a software change before it can be shipped.
Guess who won't be working on it until the invoice is paid ;)

Worked really well for EPOS, they were left with access to the information stored..as per the law, but the system would not allow any other type of activerty, a day in a busy store soon has there stock levels all over the place :P
