My lifelong dream has finally come true, after more than a year of being on the waiting list + production and shipping delays... It got here yesterday!
I'm now the proud owner of a brand new 2024 RS6 Avant Performance edition, specs are as follows:
Exterior:
Matte black + stealth ppf and ceramic coating
22 inch black wheels with red brake calipers and Continental sport 7 tires
Carbon package with gloss ppf on all carbon parts
Mechanics:
Added the Dynamic Package (can't believe it doesn't come by default on the Performance edition)
Didn't take the Dynamic suspension as I live in Quebec and we have terrible roads + harsh winters...
Interior:
On top of the carbon package, I added the leather package and chose the Black-Rock seats with Grey stitching
Happy I didn't go for the Red/Blue package; the Alcantara steering wheel doesn't have the heating option and feels a bit too large (in my opinion), the Dynamica interior replaces the carbon that's included with the carbon package (pay to downgrade, really?), and I personally find the colored seating belts and stitching just take away from the overall luxury element of the car.
I drove the car for 5 hours yesterday and am just completely baffled with how amazing, smooth, powerful and completely ludacris of a drive it is. It's all I wanted it to be, and then some... There's no going back from this ever!!!
