Newbie here, selling the Supra for 'upgrade' to RS4

Post by mister_g » Mon Feb 13, 2017 1:08 am

Hello all, after 12 years ownership I've decided on selling my 400bhp Supra and buying an RS4 Avant.

Manual Supras are becoming quite sought after these days so I hope it won't take too long to sell.

Then I'll be browsing the classifieds. :jump_clap:

I'd be happy to hear from other members who have had Supras in the past :beerchug:

Just put a deposit down on a B7 RS4 Avant

I'll be back with pics when I collect in a few weeks

Still got the Supra, not put up for sale yet. I'll miss the turbo boost but the B7 will suit me better these days

Let's see the RS4 and Supra side by side. I remember when the supra came out it really made an Impact. I like Supra's a lot.
RS4 B7, Mugello Blue, K&W V3 & HR ARBs, set up by Centre Gravity, Milltek Valved Non Res & cat bypass pipes, BMC air filter, braided hoses, DOT 5.1, Terraclean, MRC Full Carbon Clean, MRC remap 448PS 477NM, 20" S7 alloys with 4mm spacers & Hawke spigots 66.6 > 57.1, AP Racing front discs. Sold Sept 2019. Now rocking an F80 M3

OK I bought a B7 Avant the other day, first thing I did was add in an H pipe to the exhaust - still too quiet so I will be looking at other options 8)

I'll get that side by side pic done next week

Ughh, forgot all about it, maybe I'll photoshop something together

Supra sold on Monday, off it goes to a new home in Spain

I was thinking of posting a comparison between the two but as they really are completely different cars I'm not sure if there's much point.

Anyway, like getting over ex-girlfriends, the future for me is the RS4 so I'll be concerned with that rather than dwelling on the past :bigblink:
