Hello from Spain

Post by apertura » Tue Nov 19, 2013 10:03 pm

Hi everyone, just got hold of a 2010 midnight blue s4 black edition!
I've been following the forum for a while, searching for information as I was doubting between a 2010 S4 or a 2007 RS4, I finally found a great deal on a blue S4 and I pulled the trigger on it, and I must say I'm really happy with it so far.
As I use it a bit more I'll update my experiences and post pictures.
Audi S4 midnight blue, black edition 2010 - at last...
Mini Cooper 1.3 1997- toy number 1
Lotus Elan Sprint 1968 - toy number 2
Audi A3 Sportback 3.2 Stronic 2008 - trying to get rid of it...
Volkswagen Golf GTI V 2005 - went when the kids arrived...
Audi A3 2.0 fsi 2003 - a car to forget...

A great choice! either is a great choice tbh.

Was the decision purely based on the deal you got on the S4 or was it anything else that made your mind up? Did you drive the RS4, how did you find the experience between the 2?

The decision was based mainly in the deal I found on the S4, plus the potential of the future mods, we all know you get used to whatever bhp, and is easier to tune the S4, and the fact that the RS4 I found here in Spain were all high mileage units didn't help...
I've driven both thoughtfully, as I have friends with both cars, and the Rs is obviously more impressive, but the b8 S4 is also an amazing car specially with some upgrades. Also having three kids the b8 seems a little more roomy...
So all in all I think I've taken a good decision
