HTC Desire & RNS-E with BT

Post by Maximo » Fri Dec 09, 2011 2:57 pm

I have an RNS-E with the Bluetooth module, it all works great apart from the most important option. I'm not able to access the phonebook. That just stay's blank along with a few other options. I'm guessing it's just the phone but wanted to check.

I have unpaired the phone and tired to reconnect and that hasn't helped. So any advice would be greatfully received.

My old work phone just worked fine, that was a Nokia 3109.

You gotta love it when technology just doesn't work as it should do. Steve Jobs was right in a way with his approach of "One button or less"

Could well be something to do with with Phonebook you've got your HTC set-to use.
Try using the "other" one and then see if the RNS-E sees it ?

When you first pair a new phone it can take a long time - half an hour or more if you have a lot of contacts - for the phonebook and call lists to fill up.
