Fitting a rear view camera?

Post by DazN » Tue Aug 02, 2011 9:16 am

Hi,

I have a Kufatec IMA Plus with the Alpine KCE-425i and have just bought the cables from Kufatec and a reverse camera off eBay (NTSC).

There's hardly any wires to attach but I think taking the trim apart and routing the wires might be difficult.

It's going on a 2007 B7 RS4 saloon.

Anybody got any ideas? I mailed CraigyB but no reply, don't think he wants to do it!!

Thanks

When I saw Craig a little while ago he said there is a numberplate light that has a camera in it. It was just an idea tho.

Very cool, and like the fact the RNS-E can be coded to switch :)
