2 SAFE / Bose Symphony

Hi guys,
Just wondered how I can unlock my radio? I tried to guess a few codes as I was away but when I got back I realised how wrong I was. Anyway, now it says 2 SAFE
For the life of me, I cant unlock it, and I have waited over an hour with the ignition key in, as per manual.
Any ideas?
