RNS-E video in motion

I enabled the video in motion on my RNS-E using the Kufatec VIM hack.
My understanding is the hack changes the firmware version so the channel number that controls the VIM can be changed. I have just purchased a new Navi DVD disc (2010) which I'm guessing will have the latest and greatest firmware. My guessing is will the new disc dis-able my VIM?? :?

Can the VIM hack be used more than once?

Do you know what coding was changed and if this can be done via VAG-com?

It can't.

It needs vag-com and a hex code editor and a 'kwi' disc made to mod it. I got it all together but it looked scary, so sent my RNSE to VW Cruise to do for me instead
