Best freeview TV package for RNS-e?

Post by tartan_rob » Fri Apr 23, 2010 7:43 pm

So I am fed up with the Analogue signal. What is the best route to get digital? Prefer to control via RNS-e but remote control would be fine too....

I had the Alpine system in mine

You have to use a IR eye, and remote.

Worked perfectly fine, and was happy with the setup

I think someone (can't for the life of me remember the maker) does an interface which you can plug in, and then control through the RNS-E

The easiest route is to swap the OE analogue tuner for th OE hybrid (digital/analogue) tuner.

Craigyb has done several swaps...

The OE TV tuners have 2 AV inputs for e.g. DVD player, and IIRC the swap involves just changing the shells on a couple of the Fakra connectors.
