Changing the battery on a 2004 S4

So am I right that there is not problems with alarm settings or radio codes or anything like that... Battery is not up to this cold weather and needs changing.
Had to change mine on saturday. Got it from GSF £94. A bit of a pain to so. I need to put the code back in my radio though, wife is chewing my ear off to do but keep telling her to listen to the engine track.
